Where is my CEU form/contact hour certificate?
At all of MARC's continuing education events, the CEU form is included in your meeting packet; it is the carbon copy form that you fill out on-site. All attendees are asked to return the yellow bottom copy to the registration desk and keep the white copy for their records. This white copy is your contact hour certificate.
Nurses and Technicians: MARC does not have a copy of your CEU form on file. You may request a copy of your CE certificate from the ANNA national office by contacting them at 888.600.2662. There is a fee to request a new copy from ANNA.
Social Workers and Dietitians: Please contact Samantha Dorr at 804.794.3757 for a photocopy of your contact hour certificate. Please note that records are only kept on file for 7 years.
Do you have any upcoming continuing education workshops?
All of MARC's upcoming continuing education workshops are posted on our website's Continuing Education page.
Can I post my meeting on your website?
MARC does post renal-related meetings on our website, however these posts are subject to review. Please email your meeting's title, date, location, and registration information to Samantha Dorr.
I need continuing education credits. Where can I earn some?
Additional CE opportunites are listed on the Continuing Education page of the MARC website.
Can MARC do an in-service for my facility?
MARC does not typically hold in-services for a single facility, however we may still be able to provide educational materials. Please contact Samantha Dorr for more information at 804.794.3757, or visit our Resources page.
