2012 Healthcare Operations Emergency Preparedness Seminars (HOEPS) Healthcare Operations Emergency Preparedness Seminars (HOEPS) were established in 2006 to provide outreach and education on disaster preparedness to healthcare facilities and systems throughout the Hampton Roads, Virginia, region. Annual seminars are for healthcare providers, including dialysis facilities. The 1-day seminars are FREE to those in Hampton Roads and only $25 for those coming from elsewhere; breakfast and lunch are provided.
