Other Available Data

Special requests for other data maintained in the database may also be made. (Patient-specific data are not released.) Click here to see a list of MARC database elements.

Costs for special data profiles are as follows (minimum charge is $75.00):

$35.00 base fee
$40.00 per hour (or part thereof) additional for time spent preparing the request.

Data Request Processing Schedule

Data requests are processed one time each month.
All requests received by the 23rd day of the month are prepared and mailed by the 27th day of the month.

Requesting Data

Requests for data must be in writing and may be transmitted in any of the following ways:

Payments

Payment must be received prior to completion of your request. If there are special circumstances surrounding your request, contact the Data Department at 804-794-3757 to discuss payment options.
