ESRD Network 5 activities are under the direction of the MARC Board of Directors. This 11-member group manages the business affairs of the corporation and is responsible for accomplishing the CMS contract deliverables and providing contract oversight. The Board also establishes goals and policies and assess facility progress in meeting the goals.
