WebEx Training Session 2005: Data Submission Training
The Mid-Atlantic Renal Coalition is available to provide technical and data-related assistance to facility personnel. MARC has hosted live training sessions on completion of forms, achieving better forms compliance (timely and accurate submission to the Network), and the Network data submission process. Upon notification that a facility has a new Data Contact, the Network sends that person a packet of useful materials regarding the Network's expectations and required submissions.
New Data Contact Packets
The Network requests each facility identify a Data Contact, who is considered the primary facility contact responsible for completion of common data-related forms, such as the CMS-2728, CMS-2746, and Patient Activity Reports. Because Network staff may have to contact this person with questions about a submission, facilities are asked to contact the Network office as changes occur so that we may ensure appropriate contacts. Upon notification that a facility has a new Data Contact on staff, the Network office sends a New Data Contact Packet to this individual. This packet includes useful information about forms completion, along with frequently asked questions, a supply of Patient Activity Reports, a Facility List Card, and a copy of MARC's most recent REMARCS newsletter.. WebEx Training Session 2005: Data Submission Training
On December 14 and 15, 2005, MARC hosted live Data Submission Training WebEx sessions. The sessions were intended to educate dialysis facility staff members on the Network's data submission processes and to familiarize facility staff with the various forms and requests that they might receive from the Network. The following subjects were covered:
