Vascular Access - Catheter Reduction Project

Forty-seven (47) facilities were selected for required participation in this project, but all facilities are encouraged to participate on a voluntary basis. Please join us in this effort to reduce the rate of HD catheters in Network 5. (If your facility decides to participate on a voluntary basis, you do not have to submit the data or forms to the Network office. They are for you to use in conducting an internal improvement project. Network staff is however, available to assist you with questions and/or calculations.)
